My home is nestled on a large, private lot with manicured landscaping, a beautiful gazebo, flowering shrubs and trees, green lawns, all rolling down to Hilton Heads Islands most beautiful Beach. In the evening the gazebo and garden lighting creates a romantic setting.

• Check-out time is 10:00 a.m. SHARP.

• Guest agrees to leave property in clean condition.

• Guest agrees to pay any additional fess caused by late departure or excessive cleaning by housekeeping.

• Heating the pool is at the discretion of the Guest and will be at the Guest's expense.

• Pet are allowed upon discretion of the owner. Pet fees are based on type, breed and size.
