Ocean One, the name says it all. This 1st floor, 3 bedroom, and 3-bath villa is in a popular oceanfront complex right on prestigious South Forest Beach. Stylish stone tile flooring covers the main living areas and the entire villa is decorated in tropical pastel colors.

The updated kitchen, with a separate full-size laundry area, features newer cabinets and appliances that are highlighted by a decorative tile backsplash. In addition, there is an open counter to the dining area, which has two barstools and can fulfill both dining and serving functions.

The formal dining area has a built-in buffet server, a table with seating for six. The adjoining livingroom features a comfortable sofa and loveseat, a TV/VCR/DVD, and a large window wall with a slider door to the patio.

Off of the living/dining room is the master bedroom, which has a king-size bed, double closets, a slider door to the patio area, and a private bath.

A short hallway leads to the two remaining bedrooms. One has two twin beds, a TV/VCR, double closets, a slider door to the patio, and a private bath, and the other features a queen-size bed and a private bath.

The Ocean One pool is open from April through September. 2 car passes are permitted Memorial Day to Labor Day.
