Stayed for 7 days in May, 2010 Everything was great about the unit and its location except for the floors and windows, and we really enjoyed our stay.We can understand that your ability to clean the windows where there is no balcony is limited, but the ones where there was a balcony were so dirty we had to clean them to see out clearly. The floors were unexcusable and that cleaning person should be fired. not only were they filthy with dirty spots were liquids had been spilled. but there was food crumbs in the kitchen, living room and dining areas. Also some minor food stains on the furniture, but I guess that is not part of the routine cleaning. We cleaned some as best we could. Fortunately there was a mop and vacuum in the unit since we could not have lived with the floors that way until Monday, so we cleaned it ourselves.I trust you will initiate some method of checking on the cleaners in the future befor quests arrive, or else provide emergency cleaning service on Saturdays.Respectfully, Tom		Overall Satisfacation show detailed scores Services from rental manager Cleanliness Location Property Condition

It might be helpful for you to note that the drain was clogged in guest shower. The toilet paper holder in master bath came off the wall. Finally, the refrigerator door would not close with ease.
