This lovely 3 Bedroom, 3-bathroom villa is a wonderful family style home. This recently updated villa boasts a renovated kitchen with corian countertops, hardwood floors, a glassed in carolina room/screen porch and updated furnishings. This comfortably furnished duplex style home has a wonderful view of Braddock Cove, a favorite with bird watchers. Each villa is cedar built with sashed windows and wide screened porches - reminiscent of Outer Banks architecture, or the shores of Cape Cod. On the first floor of this wonderful villa you have a large living are that encompasses the kitchen, dining area (dining table seats 6) and living room. The living room leads out to a large glassed in carolina room/screened porch area with a dining table the seats 4. This then extends to a large sundeck for your enjoyment of watching the sunset. Also on this floor you have 1 bedroom with Queen bedding and a private bath that you also have access from the hall. On the 2nd Floor there are 2 more bedrooms. The 1st has King bedding and beautiful views of Braddock Cove. This bedroom has a private bathroom. The 2nd bedroom on this level has 2 Twins and a private bathroom. A private resident's pool and boardwalks to the beach make vacationing here a sheer delight. This villa is a quick walk to dining, shopping, beach & activities. Another Spring Break @ Land's End Peggy B. from Sharpiburg, GA does not recommend this property. Stayed for 6 days in April, 2010 We have stayed at Land's End 4 or 5 years now, at different units. This was our second stay at 22 Land's End. We love the location, but probably will not book another stay at this particular unit. A few things to note: we only had 4 people staying in the unit, but more than once ran out of hot water. I am the only female, so extremely long showers were not the cause. Would definitely recommend repair or replacement of water heater. Also, the bed in the master bedroom has seen its better days - no firmness to the mattress whatsoever and it has a downward slope to it. Also, the fan in that same room will only go one speed. 22 Lands End Court A guest from Lancanshire, Englad recommends this property. Stayed for 10 days in October, 2007 The accomodation had a picturesque location, near to the beach and pool, and walking distance from local tennis, bike hire, boat trips and restaurant. The grocery store was a 10-15 min drive away. All in all it was the perfect location for us with a teenager and two yr old plus we were ideally located for our friends wedding - the reson we were there. Would come back again. Hilton Head is a great place and Lands End Court provided everthing we needed. The property was a little dated in decor, but very clean and in good condition.
