Drift away in this 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom townhouse in the popular Sea Pines Plantation. The spacious backyard is framed by flourishing live oak trees draped in moss. The lush lagoon and golf course view make this Fairway Lane unit a relaxing retreat.

Two-story ceilings give the living space of this newly painted villa a very light and open feel. The dining area has seating for 6 and spills into the full kitchen and living area. The family room area is accented by tropical floral prints and a TV/VCR/DVD and sleeper sofa.

The beach themed master bedroom with king size bed is found on the first floor and has a private bathroom with walk-in shower. Upstairs are two more bedrooms, each with a private bath/shower. The first has 2 twin beds with palm leaf spotted comforters. The second has a plush Queen size bed.

The villa also has a washer/dryer alcove, is approximately 5 minutes from the beach, and is pet friendly.

Sea Pines Plantation is Hilton Head Island's original and largest planned resort.
