The beautiful villa is very spacious and newly remodeled. This 3 bedroom and 3-bath Fazio townhouse is only a 7-10 minute walk from the Palmetto Dunes' beach. Many new features for the 2010 season.

Just off of the two-story foyer is a short hallway, giving access to a full bath recently remodeled, and leading to a bedroom with 2 twin beds, double closets, and a cathedral ceiling. The foyer also leads to the fully equipped, open kitchen with granite counter tops, tile floor and all new cabinets, and adjacent laundry room.

The formal dining area has a table for 4 and a large window with a slider door to the covered deck, which has an additional table for 4, as well as a lovely landscape and lagoon view. The beautifully furnished livingroom features a LCD TV with DVR, and a DVD player. New flooring throughout these two rooms.

Upstairs, the large master bedroom has a king-size bed, a flat panel TV/DVD/VCR, a window wall with a slider door to a private covered balcony with the landscape/lagoon view, and a New updated private bath with a walk-in closet and double vanities. Palmetto Dunes is a 2000 acre oceanfront resort that reaches from the 3 miles of white sandy beach, through 11 miles of lagoons, 3 golf courses, and 25 tennis courts, to the bikeway under highway 278 that provides access to the Shelter Cove Marina, shops, restaurants, and Mall.

Fazio Villas have an on-site pool and are only a short walk to the beach or the tennis courts. All beach distances are measured from the center of the complex.
