This is a beautiful first floor, 3 bedroom, 2 bath Forest Beach Villa that overlooks the lagoon.

The kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and is fully equipped for all of your cooking needs.

The dining room has a lovely table with seating for six, the breakfast bar has seating for two.

The living room has plenty of comfortable seating for your family, and there is also a large flat panel TV.

The master bedroom has a king sized bed, tv and dvd player, the master bath has 2 sinks and a stand-up shower.
The 2nd bedroom has a full bed, also with a tv and dvd player and the 3rd bedroom has a queen bed, tv and dvd player as well.

There is a hall bathroom with full tub and shower

Forest Beach stretches along the Atlantic Ocean between Shipyard and Sea Pines Plantations. Bike paths and neighborhod lanes on North and South Forest Beach eventually draw one to Coligny Plaza, the hub of the Forest Beach area. While competing with the natural beauty and lure of the beach, the plaza offers a variety of shopping, dining, and fun entertainment for the whole family.

The Forest Beach Villas are in the South Forest Beach area just across the street from the ocean and have free tennis and an on-site pool, as well as a convenient short walk to the shops and restaurants of Coligny Plaza. All beach distances are measured from the center of the complex.
