The foyer leads past the bedroom and bath into a spacious kitchen complete with new appliances with breakfast area. There is a spacious family room w/dining area off of the kitchen with doors that lead out to the pool and garden area. The second level of the home has a large living area with doors that lead to a deck overlooking the pool and garden and out to the golf course. Off of the living room is a spacious master suite with king bed and adjoining master bathroom. On the other side of the living area are stairs that lead to the third level and there are two guest bedrooms and adjoining bathrooms on this level. One has a queen bed and the other has two twins beds. The 4th bedroom has a twin bed trundle. This home is beautifully decorated and has a great outdoor area with pool and decks. It is an easy stroll to Harbour Town and is approximately 1.5 miles to the beach. 5TV's (all bedrooms except trundle bedroom, both living areas), 2 DVD players. 4 BD, 4.5 BA, 1 king, 1 Queen, 2 Twins, 1 Twin with twin trundle. The house was both beautiful amd immaculate. I loved that I didn't have to stop by an office to pick up a key. The keyless entry to the property made my arrival effortless. If there is one complaint I would have it would be that there were only two televions on the property. There should be one in every room. Other then that I could not be more pleased.
