The house is located on a quiet street in Palmetto Dunes where you can enjoy just strolling or biking at your leisure. The spacious back yard of this home has a nice pool and overlooks a large lagoon that you can canoe in. As you enter the home on the 2nd floor you are immediately surprised by the spaciousness of the large great room and dining room. This combination room has vaulted ceilings, a fireplace and comfortable furnishings for the family to enjoy movie time, playing cards or games. You'll relish the time together at this wonderful home. Back at the front door you'll walk down a short hall that has a half bath and leads to a breakfast room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath. The 1st bedroom has 1 king bed and the 2nd bedroom has 2 twins. Both of these bedrooms share a full bath. The kitchen opens up to the breakfast area and leads out to the large deck and pool. The deck and pool area are equipped with patio furniture. The upstairs consists of the master suite. The master is very spacious and has a private sitting area, large bath with soaking tub and is furnished with a king bed. All of these lovely rooms are done in moss greens, blue and warm mauve tones. Free tennis at the Palmetto Dunes Tennis Center. 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, 2Kings, 2Twins, Queen Sleeper. Sleeps 8. New 40" flat screen in living room and 37" flat in mstr br *Pools can be heated at an additional charge. This pool has a gas pool heater . The cost per week is $575-$878 (depending on the season) to heat Pool & Spa.

I spent at least an hour each day cleaning pine needles out of the pool and off the poll deck. Furniture in Master bedroom is not only old, but smells really, really old.
