No gate passes to worry about for this charming beach house. This single-story home is designed with simple beach comfort in mind. The floors are tile or wood, the windows are large to maximize the views but also fitted with blinds and/or curtains to shut out the strong light when necessary. The decor is cool and inviting. Everything is spotlessly clean, and the furnishings are all very comfortable. Feel free to bring your furry friend along because this rental is also pet-friendly! The dining area and kitchen are adjacent to the living room, so the group is still within speaking distance even while some are cooking or mixing a pitcher of something cool and refreshing. The third bedroom has a nautical theme, and includes a twin-sized bed with a pull-out trundle. A desk in here is ideal for laptop or tablet. And sunshine spills through a window near one corner.

All of these bedrooms are provided with linens, blankets, and pillows, as are the 1.5 baths at 3 Azalea Street. The full bathroom includes a handsome granite countertop and both shower and tub option, while the half-bath is convenient to the common areas of the house. So nice to have multiple options for getting ready during the morning rush!

The outdoor spaces at 3 Azalea Street are equally appealing. The backyard is immense, with a plank-floor deck just behind the house. This area includes a gas grill, an umbrella table and chairs, and a wicker sitting group. Citronella torches stand ready to scent the air and keep the bugs at bay! And beyond the deck is the large grassy yard, with so much space to play. If the beach is your calling, then a short stroll on provided bike paths will have you there in no time. After a long day of fun in the sun, your private outside shower will take care of the beach sand while you enjoy masterpieces you create from your back deck grill. You will also find that the entire backyard is fenced in for you and your family's privacy.
