This charming 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom vacation home in South Beach, Sea Pines just receieved A NEW COAT OF PAINT THROUGHOUT, AND A NEW, FULLY-EQUIPPED KITCHEN, with granite countertops, tiled floors, new curtains, and appliances. Great for families with an open lay-out, and a hop and a skip to the beach. The HEATED* POOL & SPA (*pool can be heated for an additional fee in season, please inquire in advance of your stay) has access from the living room, and will tempt you to stay home and barbecue on the large pool deck while the sun goes down. Also close by are all the activities offered by SOUTH BEACH MARINA VILLAGE, including charter fishing, watersports, shopping, and entertainment, and of course, the island's famous Salty Dog Cafe. Free wireless Internet access. 3 Flat Panel TV's, 1 dvd player. FREE Tennis at the South Beach Racquet Club. 3 BR, 3 BA, 2 kings, 2 twins; sleeps 6. This home does allow for small dogs. Please inquire about our small dog pet policy.*Pools can be heated at an additional charge. This pool has a gas pool heater. The cost per week is $575-$878 (depending on the season) to heat Pool & Spa.

Took the family here for heritage the location couldn't have been better. The beach and southbeach marina jus a short walk. We heated the pool and even though there was a few problems early on with this the management company and also the owner had it taken care of within the day. My 5 yo little girl was in heaven. Couldn't have been a better week.
