This wonderful 3 bedroom, 3 bath home with private *HEATED POOL and SPA has lovely views of the Galleon Golf Course in Shipyard Plantation. On the main living level of the home the very spacious dining room with seating for 8 is to the right of the front entry. To the left of the front entry is the den with queen size sofa bed and adjacent to it is a hall bathroom with shower. Also on the main living level you will find the kitchen, eat-in breakfast room and living room.Access to the deck and private pool is off the living room.Upstairs on the 2nd level you will find 2 bedrooms that share an adjoning bathroom, one of the rooms has a queen bed and the other has two twins. On the third level is the master bedroom with a queen size bed with en-suite bath with walk in shower and soaking tub. FREE WIRELESS INTERNET. As of 3/1/13 4 Flat Screen TV's, 1 TV, 1 DVD. 3BR,3BA. 2Q,2T,1QSB. Sleeps 8. *Pools can be heated at an additional charge. This pool has a gas pool heater . The cost per week is $575-$878 (depending on the season) to heat Pool & Spa.

Great vacation home in the Shipyard Plantation

Stayed for 7 days in April, 2010
My husband and our 4 children had a wonderful time staying at 66 Kingston Dunes during our Easter Vacation. The house was great, clean and well equipped, we took advantage of the pool, the deck and with the well stocked kitchen we were able to entertain many friends from home. The beach was a quick bike ride away, and with the numerous bike trails it was easy to ride all over the plantation. The children loved looking for alligators and turtles in the lagoons. I would highly recommend anyone to rent this great house in Shipyard.
