Nestled on a large lake in Palmetto Dunes this bright and cheery 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home with private *HEATED POOL is perfect for your next family vacation. The living room features a large 52 inch flat screen TV and DVD player. Off the living room is the sunroom with lovely views of the pool and lake. The kitchen has been completely updated with Granite counters and an eat-in dining area with seating for 6. The master bedroom has a king bed, en-suite bath and flat screen TV. The second bedroom has a queen bedding and ½ bath attached. The third bedroom features 2 twin beds. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms share a full bath off the hall as well. Just out the back door is the great pool area featuring a separate patio for grilling and gorgeous views of the lake. You can enjoy the lake by renting kayaks and canoes from the Palmetto Dunes outfitters. The wonderfully peaceful pool area has plenty of lounge chairs for your sunning pleasure. Sleeps 8.**For the rental season there is a FREE door-to-door shuttle to the beach and Shelter Cove Marina. *Pools can be heated at an additional charge. This pool has an electric pool heater.
