This Nicely Decorated, three bedroom, two bath villa has all the comforts of home including WIRELESS INTERNET. You?ll find the living room and dining room on the main level to be quite spacious and offer nice furnishings with hardwood floors. The living room is equipped with a DVD/ VCR combo and also a Play Station 2 console (some games and movies provided). From the living room, enjoy the large deck that overlooks the courtyard area w/lagoon which is equipped with a gas grill and new patio furniture for outdoor dining. The second floor offers two bedrooms that share a common bathroom. The guest bedroom consists of two twin beds, and the third guest bedroom has a full size bed and a queen size bed. On the top floor you find a spacious master suite with bath, walk in closets and a large private balcony overlooking the lagoon and fountain.Seascape Villas have a relaxing, sub-tropical feel that offers two swimming pools, walking trails and a series of lagoons with connecting bridges.There is also a private Beach Cabana located on the ocean for the exclusive use of Seascape owners and guests. The cabana includes outside showers a separate men?s and women?s bathroom.

Enjoyable Trip Robert G. from St. Louis, MO does not recommend this property. Stayed for 3 days in April, 2013 We stayed a very short period for a wedding we attended. The property is as advertised. It was very close to the beach and clean. We had rented bikes delivered within about 10 minutes of our call. It is a very vertical unit with the three stories which was fine for us but if you have a group that did not like steps this would be a challenge. We enjoyed our stay and have no complaints. There was nothing in particular that woudl compell us to come back to this specific condo, thus the not recommend it to friend rating. We would not try to talk someone out of renting it. It was clean, spacious and carried all of the amenities described in the VRBO ad. The short walk to the beach and Coligny Plaza were a plus. The cart provided by the owners came in handy and so appreciated. We had a problem with the dryer but one phone call to the office and the maintenance men were on the scene. We feel there is still a clog in the hose but what they removed improved the drying time. The weather was perfect. Staying at the SeaScape villas was so convenient to walk to the ocean. Having the changing room/restroom at the beach made it great too. The walkway to the beach was very convenient. We all loved the deck with the grill and the ambiance was delightful. We would love to come back next year!
