This very large Villa feels more like a house than a villa. In addition to 3 bedrooms (two master bedrooms with king size beds)and 3 bathrooms and a large kitchen and dining area, you have 2 separate living areas (1 downstairs den outside bedroom with queen bed and 2 twin beds and another family den off of the kitchen and dining area). Perfect location, comfortable accommodations. A guest from Batavia, OH recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in August, 2012 Our fourth year at this property - and we'll probably be back for a fifth next year. The property has lots of green space (room for kids to play) and easy access to the ocean. The bathrooms have been updated and the two living rooms and two upstairs bedrooms have televisions. Big screen HD in the living rooms, not sure about the bedrooms. Furnishings not new but mostly comfortable, although the mattresses are not the most comfortable for some of our party. The kitchen works well for us, it feels clean and bright and has enough storage and counter space. There are only six kitchen chairs so we bring in two plastic chairs from the porch when we all eat together. We feel that we can't beat the price for ocean proximity and space.
