Courtside 110 - Townhouse - $100 Off Weekly Rates Aug 19 to Nov 3

Courtside is an ocean-oriented complex, about 1 1/2 blocks to the beach. Courtside 110 is a 3 story townhouse with 3 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths, one flight above street level. The top floor is a large master suite. Courtside is next to the world famous Van Deer Meer tennis center. A special membership is included to Courtside guests, 1 hour of tennis privileges per day. This community has 2 pools on-site to use, and the courtyard features a peacefull lagoon with a fountain. Parking is directly in front of each condo, with additional spaces surrounding the building. Courtside is located in south forest beach, just 1/2 mile from the coligny circle. Several shops and restaurants are nearby. This is a great location for all island activities.

I give this 110%. We enjoyed our time. Lots of room. Close to the pool, beach, the shops, the Sea Shake for seafood, and Salty Dogs!!! This worked for us and I recommend!! There is railing up for the stairs!!!!

Decent Condo, Good Location

Compared to the cost of staying oceanfront, we thought the condo location was good based on the price, but there were a few things about the condo itself that definitely didn't impress us. The complete lack of kitchen supplies drove us mad. We have 3 children, 2 of which are pretty young, so we tend to eat in more than we eat out. We actually had to buy pots and spatulas to use while we were there. The dishwasher didn't clean the dishes, so we had to handwash everything. Not the end of the world, but it was certainly an inconvenience. We also love to grill out, and the pictures displayed a grill, so we were expecting one. We didn't know about the "no grill rule" until we arrived. You should remove the picture with the grill shown in it. We will definitely look to stay somewhere with a community grill next time. Not a major complaint, but the living room seating is a bit awkward for a family to sit around. There is only a small couch and 2 chairs. On a positive note, we really enjoyed the pool - it's very nice, and the walk to the beach isn't bad. The kids loved the turtles in the pond by the pool. The layout of the condo was great for our family - we had the privacy of the third floor, and our 17 year had his own room and bathroom, while the 4 and 6 year old shared a room and bathroom.

Courtside 110 was in an excellent location. We were referred to stay there by family but was disappointed. The townhouse was a bit dated, however in general was tidy. The 3rd floor smelled of mold, outdated, sauna like conditions due to sky light in master bath, shower door completely off track, sand and used contacts on shower floor. Master bed linens were not comfortable in any way. Main floor had bare min. in kitchen not even enough bowls to put food in to serve. There was holes in the dry wall in hallway and living area. We didn't earn the $425 cleaning fee that was required. For a place that sleeps 8 there were not 8 seats to sit on in living room. We were with another family that stayed in unit 105, which sleeps 6. We spent most time in their unit which accommodated 8 places to sit. While the location of the community was great, I don't think I'd suggest unit 110.

We respectfully disagree with this review, and do not have any idea what the statement about the $425 cleaning fee is about. Our guests do not pay the cleaning fees, and none of our cleaning fees are even close to that amount. This is a wonderful 3 bedroom unit with a pull out sofa, which may be why this family was sleeping 8. We will certainly address any maintenance issues and will gladly resend housekeepers to address any cleaning issues while our guests are in-house, but it is impossible for us to do so after-the-fact. We hope this guest will reconsider Courtside 110.

Overall this condo is nice. Big enough for the seven of us and easy walking distance to the beach. However, the kitchen had very few glasses and cooking utensils (I.e., no pizza pan, pizza cutter, large stew pot). The carpet was not paid properly (buckled in several places) and had many stains. When it rained, the skylight leaked and left a huge puddle of water on bathroom floor. I reported this to the office but no one ever came during our stay and it rained several days.

We appreciate the feedback about the skylight and had to work through the regime to address the issue from the outside of the unit; however, our communication efforts should have been better with the renter during the stay. Courtside is scheduled to have roof replacement very soon and we hope to rectify the skylight along with roof repairs. Love courtside, 110 was very nicely appointed with all conveniences, but was not very clean at all when we arrived. Baby's pants were filthy after crawling on carpets. Water line blew off of 3rd floor toilet while we were there, we were not offered anything for the inconvenience of ruined personal items or multiple trips that had to be made by carpet cleaners. Just seems like a high volume rental with not a lot of "give a ****". Not sure I could recommend or if we would stay here again.

We work hard to address any and all housekeeping issues when brought to our attention, in a timely manner and apologize that you feel the carpets were not cleaned to a higher standard. Unfortunately, we cannot control maintenance items such as water line breaks and try to deal with them on a case-by-case basis. We pride our staff and homeowners on maintenance and try to be as unobtrusive as possible when these things occur. The homeowner does incur the cost of all repairs and carpet maintenance; however, we were unaware of damage to the customer's personal items. Thankfully we were able handle the problem in a timely manner when the issue occurred after business hours, avoiding further damage.
