Unresponsive to a security concern A guest from St. Charles, MO recommends this property. Stayed for 14 days in July, 2007 The lock on the sliding door in the rear (opens to a wooded area) did not work. There was a broom handle in the door track but still opened enough to allow someone to enter. Upon arrival, we called and asked that it be fixed. We said we understood they might not be able to fix the lock right away and that we would be happy with a board in the track that would prevent the door from opening. The maintenance person who responded was not helpful and did not fix the problem. I had to call again the next day and become forceful with my request. The deck area was so moldy that we didn't feel comfortable using it. The tennis courts and pool furniture were not properly cleaned on a regular basis.
