All of these various activities are just a 7 minute walk away. This beautiful villa has been completely updated. This renovation encompassed renovating the kitchen, tile floors, carpet and all new furniture. It is absolutely lovely! On the 1st floor you'll find the very comfortable living area, dining room, kitchen and half bath. All of these areas look towards the pool. On the 2nd floor there are 2 bedrooms. The 1st bedroom is furnished with a king size bed and en-suite bath. The 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds and its own bath. FREE tennis at the Van Der Meer Shipyard Racquet Club. FREE wireless highspeed internet access. 2BR, 2.5BA, 1King, 2Twin, Sleeps 6. 3 TV's, 1 DVD player.

Dirty denim curtains on windows looked awful - dragged on floor

Dirty laundry found in the washer - empty water bottles on dresser and nightstand in bedroom. Trash spilled out of can and all over the floor of garbage area at check-in. Dirt and dust clumps all over living room floor. Cobwebs all over outside furniture and deck. Call for clean-up did semi job at cleaning.

The half bathroom smelt very mildewy. The furnishings were nice, however, the place needed a good deep clean.
