1809 Bluff Villa - comfortable, but small kitchen and bathrooms. David B. from Toronto, Canda recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in March, 2009 We enjoyed our stay. This villa had comfortable furniture and beds and a great location overlooking the marina and a short walk to beach. Tennis courts were excellent, except the area was quite noisy, with leaf blowers running every morning and cement trucks idling. A few complaints about the villa: 1. The very small kitchen was not well equipped with cooking utensils (needs a new frypan/skillet.) 2. Both bathrooms were small, all four bathroom fans were loud, and the one bath tub did not fill with water because the drain leaked. We had asked it be fixed but it was not. 3. Very disappointed about the swimming pools in the area. The few that were open in Sea Pines area in mid-March were not heated yet. It should be made very clear at time of reservation that March is "pre-season" and there are no heated pools anywhere close to South Beach. Sea Pines at South Beach condo "villa" A guest from Baltimore, MD recommends this property. The water views from the second floor balcony are excellent. The balcony is somewhat narrow and there is no elevator.
