Dirty Unit with worn bedding. Cynthia H. from Atlanta, GA recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in August, 2007 I had to clean the entire unit, sand on floors dirty bathrooms, before my family felt comfortable to go to sleep. The rental company was prompt in responding to my complaints the next morning and had the rugs steam cleans immediately. But I had already spent an entire evening cleaning the unit before they could address the problems. The property manager did suggest that he was also disappointed in the cleanliness of the until and would see to it that someone on the housekeeping staff be held accountable. While North Shore Place is not on the ocean it is a short walk to the beach. We loved staying there and having Colginy Plaza next door. We also loved the rooftop pool. We picked the 4th floor because the pool was on that floor and we could walk to the pool in a minute. We also were allowed to use the pool across the street, on the ocean. Our stay was in May and management could have heated the pool but then you had the ocean a short walk away.
