Front door lock was hard to lock on the outside but management fixed it. Inside: dripping faucet in bathroom made the sink drain rusty, rust under the tub cold faucet, and damaged baseboard in bathroom--all these made for an unattractive environment. Summer Stay Jiuly 2008 A guest from Ashburn, VA recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in August, 2007 We have been staying at the Seacrest for the past 7 years. We really love the location the the accessibility to the shops at restaurants at Coligny Plaza and others nearby. When we arrived this year the condo had not been cleaned and was not ready for our use. I called the management office and they did have it cleaned pretty quickly but it was not a thorough job. There was still urine on the toilets and on the floors around the toilets and the floors were not clean. We also did not have ANY hangers in the closets. I called to see if we could get some and was told that some would be sent over but they never were. The units at the Seacrest are getting older and starting to show it. Some updates have been made with flooring and furnishings but wallpaper is peeling, tile is getting mildewed, there was no DVD player, only VHS.... The stove in our unit only had two burners working and the dryer did not work well. It would take over three hours to dry three towels. There is a hot tub on the property as well but it was closed for repair much of the time during our week-long stay. We have really enjoyed rhe memories we create in Hilton Head at the Seacrest each summer but are dissappointed with the ammenities and level of care for our home away from home for a week.
