Come start a vacation tradition at this amazing 2nd floor, 2 bedroom, 2 bath oceanfront unit in Ocean One. Steps from the beach and all the action at Coligny, you will never want to leave.

Tile floor will greet you as you enter this upscale, beautifully decorated villa. On the left you will see the fully equipped, modern kitchen which also includes a full washer and dryer. There is seating at the bar to share fishing stories as you prepare a feast for the family. The dining room table features seating for four.

The adjoining living room features an overstuffed sofa with queen pull-out bed and chair, an entertainment center with TV/DVD, and a large window wall with a slider door to the balcony.

Off of the living room is the master bedroom with a lovely king-size bed, a matching armoire with TV, a slider door to a private balcony, double closets, and a private bath. The guest bedroom includes two twin beds along with a television.

The Ocean One pool is open from April through September. 2 car passes are permitted Memorial Day to Labor Day.

Forest Beach stretches along the Atlantic Ocean between Shipyard and Sea Pines Plantations. Bike paths and neighborhood lanes on North and South Forest Beach eventually draw one to Coligny Plaza, the hub of the Forest Beach area. While competing with the natural beauty and lure of the beach, the plaza offers a variety of shopping, dining, and fun entertainment for the whole family. All beach distances are measured from the center of the complex.
