This lovely Colonnade Club villa is the perfect escape to serve as a home away from home. It boasts a lush golf course and lagoon view. Enjoy this view from a private fenced deck area with a table for four. The living space is highlighted with coral décor and plenty of new seating for the whole family. One of the sofas can be pulled out as a queen sleeper bed and faces a 40 inch television for your entertainment.

The master bedroom features elegant printed décor across the King size bed. A little extra lounging space can be enjoyed on a matching chase and take in the lagoon views.Enjoy a television and CD player. The room also has a private bathroom and spacious walk in closet.

The second bedroom has a Queen bed with blue accents and quilted covering. A full bathroom completes the room and also can be accessed from the hallway.

There is a full kitchen with ample counter space and a new dining table with seating for 6. A laundry room that is fully equipped.

Shipyard also has gated entrance access from both Pope Avenue, which gives convenient access to the shops & restaurants along Pope Ave., Coligny Plaza shops & restaurants, and North & South Forest Beach and Wm. Hilton Parkway (Hwy. 278), which gives access to the many shops and restaurants along the islands main thoroughfare.

The Colonnade Club, a wonderful vacation destination within Shipyard Plantation, is surrounded by tennis and golf, is close to the beach, has an on-site pool that is open April 15th through September, pool house, and heated spa. For your outdoor grilling needs there are two community gas grills located on the Colonnade Club grounds. This complex is not equipped with elevators, use of stairs would be required. All beach distances are measured from the center of the complex.
