The master bedroom is elegant with white wood décor and teal and soft brown coloring. A king size in the master along with one full and one twin size beds in the second bedroom allow this villa to comfortably sleep five. Brand new baths offer a deep soaking tub and oversized step-in tiled master shower. Full size washer and dryer add to the unit's conveniences. A private wooded deck and complete patio set enables you to enjoy the quiet peacefulness of Shipyard. Beachwalk offers a quick walking distance to the beach for early sunrise walks.

Shipyard Plantation is centrally located on beautiful Hilton Head Island and provides easy access to over 200 restaurants, unique shopping, and world-class golf.The plantation borders 12 miles of white sandy beach and offers bike paths, lagoons, golf courses, tennis courts, and an abundance of natural beauty.

The Beachwalk section of the plantation has an on-site pool and is located just a very short walk from the beach. In addition, the golf and racquet clubs are close by. This complex is not equipped with elevators, use of stairs would be required. All beach distances are measured from the center of the complex.
