This completely renovated and redecorated 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath Beachwalk condo is something not to overlook. A first floor unit, the villa has a spacious private balcony for outdoor enjoyment.

The living space is outfitted in low country décor with soft ivory, yellow, and green highlights. Recline and enjoy a movie on the mounted flat screen TV. A half bath is found in the hallway.

The state-of-the-art kitchen opens to the living space and features new cabinetry, granite counters, and stone tiled flooring. A sunlit kitchen nook features a small table for 4, perfect for a quick bite. Family meals can be enjoyed at the wood dining table for 6.

The master bedroom features a King size bed with dark wood accents. The luxurious cream quilting is contrasted with rich chocolate brown and tan accents. The bedroom has a TV and private bathroom with a double vanity.

The second bedroom offers lots of space with two Full size beds. White wood and dark wrought iron furnishings highlight bright red bedding with soft quilted coverings. The room also features a private bathroom and TV.

This villa offers 1 hour of free tennis per day at the VanDerMeer-Shipyard Tennis Center upon request.

Shipyard Plantation is centrally located on beautiful Hilton Head Island and provides easy access to over 200 restaurants, unique shopping, and world-class golf. The plantation borders 12 miles of white sandy beach and offers bike paths, lagoons, golf courses, tennis courts, and an abundance of natural beauty.

The Beachwalk section of the plantation has an on-site pool and is located just a very short walk from the beach. In addition, the golf and racquet clubs are close by. This complex is not equipped with elevators, use of stairs would be required. All beach distances are measured from the center of the complex.
