What a great view you'll enjoy from this 3rd floor, 2 bedroom 2 bath premium property in exclusive Villamare's building #1.

Upon entering you will come upon a very inviting foyer that will lead you to the comfy living space, complete with couch and love seat and a 42" TV. Attached to the living room is a dining room with glass table and seating for four. The cherry cabinets in the kitchen make for a pleasant cooking and mingling space at the breakfast bar.

The master bedroom features a king sized bed and private bathroom with a large garden tub. On the other side of the villa you have the guest bedroom with 2 queen sized beds and also a private bath with garden tub.

Please specify # of security gate passes are needed at time of reservation; 1 pass per car $10/week.

Palmetto Dunes is a 2000 acre oceanfront resort that reaches from the 3 miles of white sandy beach, through 11 miles of lagoons, 3 golf courses, and 25 tennis courts, to the bikeway under highway 278 that provides access to the Shelter Cove Marina, shops, restaurants, and Mall.

Villamare, an oceanfront complex within Palmetto Dunes Resort, features an oceanfront pool and hot tub, an indoor heated pool, a fitness center, a sauna, and of course, the beach! Outdoor pool heated March 15th to April 30th and October 15th to November 30th. There is also a kiddie pool there. All beach distances are measured from the center of the complex.
