This Hampton Place villa scores a "10" in most of the amenities that vacationers request; beautiful view, great floorplan, excellent location, upscale decor and furnishings. Located within the popular Palmetto Dunes Resort, this 3rd floor, 2 bedroom and 2-bath villa has a direct ocean view, a split bedroom floorplan, and a sleek modern decor.

The entry door opens to a spacious greatroom with stone tile flooring. On the left is a formal dining table with seating for 4 and on the right is an open kitchen area defined by a serving/dining counter with 3 barstools. The kitchen is fully equipped, contains all stainless steel appliances, and provides access to a small laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer. The remainder of the space is the livingroom, which features a comfortable seating group with a circular sofa and 2 side chairs, an entertainment center with a TV/VCR/DVD and CD, a built-in bar cabinet, a large picture window, and a slider door to an outside balcony. Both the window and the balcony offer a view of the professionally landscaped grounds, the dunes, and the ocean beyond.

Left off of the greatroom is the master bedroom with a king-size bed, an armoire with TV/DVD, a large window with the same ocean view, and a spacious private bath with a spa tub, a walk-in shower, and a roomy walk-in closet.

On the right of the greatroom is a small hallway giving access to a full bath with a spa tub, a walk-in closet, and the 2nd bedroom, which has 2 double beds, a TV, and a slider door to the balcony. A door at the entrance to the hallway from the greatroom may be closed at night to create a private guest suite.

This villa offers 1 hour of free tennis per day at the Palmetto Dunes Tennis Center upon request.

Palmetto Dunes is a 2000 acre oceanfront resort that reaches from the 3 miles of white sandy beach, through 11 miles of lagoons, 3 golf courses, and 25 tennis courts, to the bikeway under highway 278 that provides access to the Shelter Cove Marina, shops, restaurants, and Mall.

This Palmetto Dunes villa is located in the finest oceanfront area of Hilton Head. Hampton Place is the Dune's newest resort and has luxurious amenities including two large pools with sundecks, a child's pool, and a hot tub. There also is a new fitness center available to guests of this complex completed in 2009. Outside showers are located near the beach, as well. Beautifully landscaped grounds, with private walkways throughout, take you to the picnic tables and gazebos near the oceanfront. Pools are cooled from July 15th to August 15th, and heated from March 15th to April 30th and October 15th to November 30th. All beach distances are measured from the center of the complex.
