Ocean Breeze is the name of this South Forest Beach complex and, being only one block from the ocean, the ocean breeze will be an enjoyable part of your island getaway. You will also enjoy this 2 bedroom, 2-bath townhouse that is just steps away from the on-site swimming pool.

The first floor dining area is brightened by large double windows and has a table that seats five. The kitchen is equipped with full-size appliances, a pantry cupboard, and a counter with two barstools that opens the room to both the livingroom and dining area.

The livingroom features comfortable furnishings, an entertainment center with TV/VCR/DVD, and a full wall of windows with sliders to the outside deck, which has a landscape and partial pool view.

On the second floor is the master bedroom with a queen-size bed, a TV/VCR, three sunny windows, and a private bath. The guest bedroom has two twin beds, a TV/VCR, triple windows, and also has a private bath.

Forest Beach stretches along the Atlantic Ocean between Shipyard and Sea Pines Plantations. Bike paths and neighborhood lanes on North and South Forest Beach eventually draw one to Coligny Plaza, the hub of the Forest Beach area. While competing with the natural beauty and lure of the beach, the plaza offers a variety of shopping, dining, and fun entertainment for the whole family.

The Ocean Breeze complex is pet friendly, has a swimming pool that is open from April through October, free on-site tennis, and is only a short walk to the beach. All beach distances are measured from the center of the complex. 2 car passes are allowed per villa.
