Your whole family will enjoy the centralized location of this 1st floor, 2 bedroom, and 2-bath Forest Beach Villa. One person may relish a quiet nap on the balcony, another a few laps in the pool, and the others prefer the action of nearby Coligny Plaza.

The door opens into a spacious greatroom with tropical pastel furnishings. The dining area has a table with seating for 4 and a counter facing into the kitchen with stool seating for 2. The livingroom features a curved sofa and comfortable lounge chair, a TV/VCR/DVD, and a wall of windows with a slider door to the balcony, which affords a beautiful and serene landscape/lagoon view.

The galley kitchen is equipped with all full-size appliances, including a washer/dryer alcove, and has a convenient pass window to the dining area.

The master bedroom features a king-size bed, a TV/VCR, a spacious closet, a large window overlooking the lagoon, and a private bath.

Off of the opposite side of the livingroom is a full bath and a bedroom with 2 twin beds, a spacious closet, a window overlooking the lagoon, and a door to the balcony.

Forest Beach stretches along the Atlantic Ocean between Shipyard and Sea Pines Plantations. Bike paths and neighborhod lanes on North and South Forest Beach eventually draw one to Coligny Plaza, the hub of the Forest Beach area. While competing with the natural beauty and lure of the beach, the plaza offers a variety of shopping, dining, and fun entertainment for the whole family.

The Forest Beach Villas are in the South Forest Beach area just across the street from the ocean and have free tennis and an on-site pool, as well as a convenient short walk to the shops and restaurants of Coligny Plaza. All beach distances are measured from the center of the complex.
