Great spring break vacation Teresa S. from Talmo, GA recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in March, 2013 Linda Roberts is very professional & nice to call & let me know place at ocean club villa was in foreclosure & suggested Sorrwood villa to me. I would have liked wifi in the condo, carpet needed cleaning, bed pillows needed to be replaced, & each time we dried our hair in the bathrooms, the fuse went off & we had to keep going to the fuse box & fix it. Other than these things, We would stay at shorewood villas again. Best pool & hot tub we've ever had in HHI condos! Thank you & looking forward to being back this summer for 2 weeks if cost is good! Customer Service/Friendliness Suzanne K. from Aiken, SC recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in August, 2012 We went with this rental company because of a brouchure we were given by a friend. When I called and asked about the property they were helpful so we booked for the week. As the months passed and questions came up from other family members I would give them a call. There was never a "Good Morning, How can I help you", "Thank you for calling". Every call seemed to be an INCONVENIENCE. The icing on the cake was when I went to check in. As I walked in the door, not one of the three staff members looked up or got up. I walked up to the counter and told them I was there to check in.I gave them my paper work. The lady that got up went through her paper work and said she couldn't find my information and huffed. She kept looking in the stack that was "checking in for that day" and found my name under the K's. She said the paper work was out of order. A man got up from another desk and asked how I was going to be paying the balance. He took my card and ran it through his machine. The only time he looked at me was to ask for my card. The lady found my paper work and was writing up my parking pass. I asked for a second one and was told she had to finish that one first. By this time my husband walked in to check on me to see why it was taking so long. He told them he was me. They said they saw him standing outside and thought he was my stalker..???We were also given two codes to use when we got there. Neither worked. I called the company and was told that was the information they had. A family at the pool gave us the information we needed. As I had the keys and the credit card receipt in my hand I just stood there waiting on someone to at least say Thank You. The lady looked up at me and after a second or two finally said-Thank you. Where has customer service gone? All I experienced there was three disgruntled acting employees. There are a lot of rental agencies on that island. We will never use this one again.
