Newly Refurbished!! This villa offers WIRELESSS INTERNET, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, full size kitchen, living and dining area are combined. The bedding would offer a queen size bed in the master bedroom, two twin size beds in the guest bedroom as well as a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room. Off the living room is a balcony which offers a nice pool and oceanside view. You?ll find Carolina Beach Club located on the south end of the island, along South Forest Beach Drive, a short distance from Coligny Plaza. Carolina Beach Club is an oceanfront property that is situated about 70 yards from the ocean. The amenities would include an oceanfront pool and also baby pool, tennis courts are available for guest use located across the street from the property, and complimentary access to the Player's Club for use of their indoor heated pool as well as their fitness center.

OceanFront Close and Comfortable - Perfect Off-Season spot A guest from Charlotte, NC recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in May, 2013 We chose Carolina Beach Club based on its Oceanfront location and the Pet-Friendly policy. The location was convenient and upon arrival we were delighted with the views from both the front entrance and back patio. Nothing compares to the sound of the ocean when you open your window. Despite some of the pictures on the unit's description there are villa type units below the 5-story Carolina Beach Club building but the only thing between your unit and the ocean is a pathway through the sea grass/sand dunes. Also there is a well-maintained grassy area surrounding for the pups to run supervised. A few additional notes/suggestions about the unit 426 we rented:Maybe a screen could be added to the back sliding glass door? "Pantry" space for food was limited to one cabinet above sink? The rest were occupied by dishes etc..We didn't see a broom, but this would be nice for those of us who like to clean up after being so sandy esp. with our dog.A possible drying rack or hooks on the back patio so we can dry our towels - this contributed to more sand inside. It was nice to have the wood laminate flooring in kitchen and living area. Maybe extend this flooring into two bedrooms?Elevator was unpredictable...?Blinds in front twin bedroom were sticking when pulled.Maybe install a removable hand-held shower head for bathing dogs and kids :)Also, we didn't see a cookie sheet in kitchen?Overall, thank you Vacation Time for a reasonably priced rental so that my mom (and us)could enjoy her birthday weekend at the beach. The unit needs some minor maintenance; i.e. master bedroom window. The kitchen was not fully supplied with adequate cookware if you plan to eat in a lot. The TV remotes did not work which was a concern. Did buy batteries and reported this but no assistance. The elevator broke down at least four times in two months. It was fixed in good time. The golf channel was not available. Come on! Right on the beach, beautiful weather, lots of sun, worm ocean, nice and clean pool right in front of the apartment building. We came first couple of weeks in September so it was not that crowded. Stayed for 7 days in August, 2012 For nearly twenty years we've been staying at the Hilton Head Beach Villas, a very special property that is comfortable, cozy, and right on the beach. This year we waited too late to book the unit we wanted, so at Linda's suggestion we stayed at the Carolina Beach Club. A little smaller than HHBV and less secluded, Carolina Beach Club was still very comfortable and convenient. We rented two 2BR units for about the same price as the 3BR villa in HHBV. One plus is that DVD is pet friendly, so pooch, Ziggy, didn't have to be boarded.Another wonderful Hilton Head vacation...thanks Linda and Vacation Time! We'll see you next year! The air conditioner quit working and we called the front desk (after hours). We received a prompt call back and within 45 minutes the maintenance man was there and repaired the unit and it worked great for the rest of our time. We were very pleased with the response of the front desk and the professionalism of the maintenance man. All in all, it was a great vacation--no complains from us. Stayed for 7 days in August, 2010 We really enjoyed our stay at the Carolina Beach Club, although noise from fire doors being replaced at the end of the week did disturb the peace a little! Our condo was clean and in very good condition. The a/c broke down at 7.45pm on Sunday, and the property manager had an a/c engineer at the property within the hour and it was repaired very quickly. Impressive service. The Carolina Beach Club is in an excellent position- right by the beach - pool is good and the surrounding gardens are well kept. I didn't like the fact that we were moved from 5th to 4th floor with little notice. I spent 3 mornings waiting for maintance or deliver to fix/replace the refrigerator. In addition, the commode was clogged when we arrived and we had to call maintenance. The property was fairly clean on the surface. However, the cupboards were dirth inside, and the carpet and tile edges that adjoined the floor molding were not clean. The carpet on the decks was dirty and torn in some places. I felt the staff in your office (depending on the person working) could be rude and not responsive to our concerns - the maintenance crew and lowe's deliver men were very helpful. My husband felt that the staff acted like they were doing us a favor by taking care of things that went awry.We loved the big yard, grills, pool, having our dog with us, the view of the beach/ocean, and beach access.
