These properties are within 1 to 2 blocks of the Atlantic Ocean beach and Van Der Meer Tennis Center. A special membership with Van der Meer provides Courtside guests with tennis privileges up to one hour per day per condo. This community has two on-site pools, a lagoon with fountain, and parking at the front door of each property. Courtside is within 3 blocks of Coligny Plaza, the Beach Market and Park. This quaint downtown area offers guests a wide selection of restaurants, shopping venues, and entertainment for all ages.

Our favorite Hilton Head Island condo! A guest from Rocky River, OH recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in April, 2011 This is our fourth stay at 58 courtside over a period of 12 years. During that time, we have stayed at a number of different locations on Hilton Head, from rental houses to resort hotels to villa rentals and we keep coming back to Courtside. The location is perfect - a short walk to the beach and coligny plaza make it ideal for families like ours with children. Also, the proximity of the condo to the pool entrance is a big plus - without a doubt the best unit in Courtside. Best of all, the staff at Seashore Vacations is excellent to work with and the price is always a bargin. I would recommend this condo to anyone.
