This community has two on-site pools, a lagoon with fountain, and parking at the front door of each property. Courtside is within 3 blocks of Coligny Plaza, the Beach Market and Park. Nice, but needs a little attention to detail. A guest from Chesapeake, VA recommends this property. Stayed for 6 days in March, 2013 The property was very tastefully decorated, very comfortable and cozy. Good location for walking to the beach and restaurant/shopping area. Needed a good deep cleaning and a few home improvements, which includes replacing the sliding glass doors, replacing exposed outlets, installing hooks to hang beach towels and swim suits, and upgrading the linens. 2012 Hilton Head Condo Review A guest from Cleves, OH recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in July, 2012 We travel to HI almost yearly. We normally stay in the Courtside Units. Overall, we were pleased with our condo but the kitchen was not as clean as expected. Also, the grill on the patio had to be cleaned.
