A special membership with Van der Meer provides Courtside guests with tennis privileges up to one hour per day per condo. Great Vacation! A guest from Pittsburgh, PA recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in July, 2012 Wonderful trip to Hilton Head. Seashore vacations staff was very friendly and welcoming on Saturday evening when we checked in. We stayed at Courtside 40 and it was absolutely beautiful. Very clean, no bugs (found the sign in sheet for their monthly exterminator visits), and very spacious (probably room for 7 people with cot in the guest closet and pull out couch). Cant beat this place for the price. You save a couple hundred dollars for the week by going non-beachfront, but it is a very easy < 5 minute walk down the road and across the street to the beach. The location is great as it is walking distance to Coligny Plaza (lots of great little shops and restaurants...Make a dinner reservation to Vine, you WON'T be disappointed!). Back to the unit... it had all of the essentials: washer+dryer, dishwasher, flat screen tv's, coffee maker, blender, dishes, glasses, utensils, etc. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend this unit.
