Great Location - Wonderful View! A guest from New Hope, PA recommends this property. Stayed for 14 days in October, 2007 1) In the bedroom, the dresser location is awkward to use. Possibly better to have 2 smaller but taller ones on each side of the bed. Lights could be attached to the sides of them as well. 2) Need storage in bathroom, either by having recedded shelving or a medicine cabinet, which could be achieved by moving the towel ring for the hand towel on to the vanity base. 3) The were only a couple of very pitiful looking hangers. I went to the dollar store and bought some for pratically nothing and donated them to the room. 4) There is a wonderful breeze that comes through the room if you leave the door open, which saves on using the air conditioner. But the doors kept blowing shut, so again, to the dollar store for my other donation to the condo, doorstops! Great Location But Too Noisy A guest from Winston-Salem, NC does not recommend this property. Stayed for 7 days in July, 2007 Being able to walk to Caligny Plaza was great, but our neighbors upstairs were having so many parties that it truly disrupted the solitude I was looking for. I can't blame the Vacation Co. I just think it's a more appropriate place for a young crowd who stays up late. Love the corner location, you get a view of the pool area and one of the nicest views of the ocean. The second floor is high enough to get a nice view of the ocean and yet is low enough that the stairs are not a problem. The Breakers are one of the best rentals for the money. It's proximity to Coligny Plaza and all the great stores is a real plus. We've stayed at other locations and found that we like the South Forest Beach area the best. I would stay here again.
