Breakers Unit # 140 April25 - May 15, 2010 Donna B. from Ontario, Canada does not recommend this property. Stayed for 21 days in April, 2010 Vacation Company staff effective and helpful.Unit 140 is in reasonable shape. Washer needs some maintenace as well as the toilet. (Runs too long) Be nice to see a new bed cover. Overall the last upgrade is still in pretty good condition.Real issue however is the Breakers who ever is responsible for property management is doing a poor job. Stairs and hallways are not kept clean and it is starting to look run down.Walkway to beach needs to be repaired/replaced as normal maintenance has not taken place. This downturn started last year. The only complaint I had was it had no blow dryer. I had to go out and buy one. Every place you stay has a blow dryer these days so I was surprised by that. I also wasn't too crazy about the plastic sheet on the mattress. But over all it was very nice and I would stay there again.
