This 1 bedroom 1.5 bath Barrington park villa is perfect for a family of 4. Just steps away from the pool and Ocean.

The kitchen is fully equipped and ready to be untilized for breakfast, lunch and Dinner. The family room is decorated in a beach theme that is cozy and warm with a new sleeper Sofa and love seat. Also included is a 44" flat screen Tv. There is a half bath off of the kitchen.

The master bedroom with a palm tree decor has a Queen size bed, television and full master bath.

Please note, this villa is on the second floor. There is no elevator access available.

Palmetto Dunes is a 2000 acre oceanfront resort that reaches from the 3 miles of white sandy beach, through 11 miles of lagoons, 3 golf courses, and 25 tennis courts, to the bikeway under highway 278 that provides access to the Shelter Cove Marina, shops, restaurants, and Mall.
