The entry foyer opens into the comfortable livingroom, which has a TV/DVD and is brightened by a full wall of windows that includes a slider door to the patio and its view of the tennis courts. The adjoining dining area has a table for 4, as well as 2 barstools at a counter in front of a pass through window to the kitchen.
The galley kitchen is equipped with full-size appliances, including a washer and dryer behind bi-fold doors.

Forest Beach stretches along the Atlantic Ocean between Shipyard and Sea Pines Plantations.
