This 3rd floor Breakers villa is a deluxe 1 bedroom and 1bath. Recently painted and redecorated this villa is the perfect place to relax after a long day in the sun and sand!

Preparing meals will be a pleasure in the updated galley-style kitchen, which is open to the living/dining area. There is a dining table for 4, a plush sleeper sofa, an entertainment center with TV/DVD, and a sliding glass door to the private balcony where there is a great view of the courtyard, the pools, and the ocean. The living room is very comfortable with a sofa sleeper and a murphy pull out bed. The private bedroom has a queen bed.

The Breakers complex pool is normally heated for the months of March and April.

Forest Beach stretches along the Atlantic Ocean between Shipyard and Sea Pines Plantations. Bike paths and neighborhood lanes on North and South Forest Beach eventually draw to Coligny Plaza, the hub of the Forest Beach area with over 80 shops & restaurants, and fun entertainment for the whole family.

The Breakers complex is not equipped with elevators, use of stairs would be required. 1 car pass is allowed per villa. All beach distances are measured from the center of the complex.
