Even though it was tight, it was just the right amount of room. We were afraid it might feel claustraphobic, but we really didn't. The location was great, b/c we enjoyed the long bike rides to South Beach and Harbour Town. It was perfect. Thanks for everything! If I could come up with any negatives, it might be too much furniture for such a small place. We certainly worked around it, though. Stayed for 7 days in July, 2007 The folks at the Vacation Company must be either extremely well trained, or they must be very sweet people by nature. Offering an excellent variety of vacation properties, they make sure that you're happy and well taken care of. One of the marks of an good company is the level of customer service post purchase, and we found the Vacation Company to be excellent in that regard. They remain available during your entire stay to provide information, assistance and travel advice. During our stay, we had a problem with our key pad at our property. It being after hours on a weekend, we called their 24 hour assistance number and within 15 minutes repair personnel were on the scene and the matter was resolved. If you wanted to be treated like a V.I.P., try these folks- we plan an being repeat guests of these wonderful folks.
