You?ll find Seaside Villa is located on the south end of the island, along South Forest Beach Drive, a short distance from Coligny Plaza. Seaside is an oceanfront property that is situated about 70 yards from the ocean. Stayed for 2 days in September, 2012 We booked our vacation very last minute (Thursday night and left for the island Saturday) and were very satisfied with our property at Seaside Villas. The property's management staff were extremely helpful and friendly and the location was phenomenal! We loved the location to the beach as well. The only negative really was the condition of the linens and furniture. The couch appeared broken/slanted and many things had stains (couch, chair, duvet covers, pillow shams, kitchen towels). Overall, we had a great experience staying here and have already recommended it to others. Our only issue was one that we understood coming in, it was going to be very cozy. My sone is adult size ad my daughter is not getting any smaller. This year was the only time we have been disappointed. The room (159) is in dire need of repairs. The shower/sinks back up. The fans are all in bad shape. The electrical system is constantly blowing breakers. It was sad. Yet we love the place and the location. Im sorry for the bad review.
