Stayed for 62 days in December, 2012 The great advantage of this unit is its location: beachfront, withing walking distance of the Coligny shops and restaurants but a little removed so that it's very quiet. Good wi-fi connection and access to the Players' Club are added bonuses. Prompt attention to any problems I mentioned at the desk; eg. a non-functioning heater was immediately replaced. I was so pleased about that that I didn't want to mention the cook top, which functions okay, but is kind of wobbly.All in all, a great place for a relaxing stay. Disappointed A guest from Cincinnati, OH does not recommend this property. Stayed for 7 days in July, 2012 We stayed for a week in this property during mid-July 2012. Pros: The rental company was very easy to work with in preparation for our visit. The location of this particular unit was fantastic - ground floor, as close as you could get to pool and beach access on this property, nice view. Cons: The unit was dated. For example, there was peeling wall paper, paint covering old wall paper, rust on fixtures. The unit needed maintenance from a property management perspective - rusty lights and missing light covers, mildew/mold around door frames. The cleaning company overlooked key areas. The seal on the fridge had mold all over, and the shower curtain had visibly growing mildew. I am not a germ-a-phobe, but once we noticed all of this, it made us wonder what else could be unclean or in disrepair. We raised a number of concerns to the property management office. While they seemed concerned, they wrote many of the items off to "we renovated other rooms but haven't gotten to that one yet." Or, "the owner was just here, and I thought he just had work done." While we appreciate that they sent out housekeeping to address the mold and mildew issues the next day, we were not comforted by the remarks that seemed to minimalize some of the issues that I think would impact ours and other peoples' stay. When people pay to stay somewhere, I think most want to feel that they get value equal to what they would pay. We knew not to expect the Ritz, but I do think a few changes are needed to bring this unit up to par. First floor view is beautiful and good for those who don't like heights. But balcony privacy is limited due to BBQ use during popular grilling times. If you desire more privacy get a room on the upper floors. Quick and easy access to the pool just in case you forgot something. Closest laundry is on the 2nd floor around the outdoor walkway. Room is very nicely decorated and comfortable. If you have teens they will fit on the fold out couch but not on the bunk beds. If you can get a two bedroom instead.
