Additional bedding for this villa includes a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room and also two bunk beds in the hallway between the bedroom and living room which are ideal for small children. There is a balcony located off the living room which offers a nice oceanfront view. You?ll find Seaside Villa is located on the south end of the island, along South Forest Beach Drive, a short distance from Coligny Plaza. Seaside is an oceanfront property that is situated about 70 yards from the ocean. The amenities would include an on-site pool, tennis courts are available for guest use located across the street from the property, and complimentary access to the Player's Club for use of their indoor heated pool as well as their fitness center.**Call for daily rates & availability, some restrictions may apply**

Seaside Villa Rental Kim B. from Woodbridge, ON recommends this property. Stayed for 14 days in April, 2013 Compared to other units we have rented in previous years, this one was superior excellent. Our only complaint was the kitchen layout and difficulty to connect appliances (ie coffee maker, toaster, etc). One other comment was that there was lumber laying/stacked (and not used) in the driveway for the 2 weeks during which we were there. Perhaps it could have been stored under cover thereby improving the overall look to the property. We did not really feel safe with lose tile and the balcony bar had been lifted up to redo the tile and was unstable and we could not get near it. There are enough kitchen utensils. Balcony chairs and the table are new. You can cook your meals. It is about 100 yard to the beach. Easy parking. The repair was very prompt to replace stuck sliding door blinds. It is unmanned gated community. it is worth $100 more compared to those "oceanview" units.Bad: the sofa bed is very uncomfortable. The mattress needs replaced. The bedroom temperature is a little high due to the window AC is in another room. The elevator is at the other end of the building. Not a problem for us.
