low comfort level Matthew G. from Jackson, TN does not recommend this property. Stayed for 7 days in July, 2011 i realize these are older units but the air conditioner was inadequate. The condo stayed greater than 75 degrees the whole week. It ran constantly never reaching a temperature to shut off . It looks like an old AC unit. I complained and it seemed to work better for about 24 hours, i assume it was serviced. The air filters are clogged with dust indicating a full service hasnt been done in a while the electric fans provided in the master bedroom was a needed piece of equipment all week especially when sleeping. For 3k a week my expectation was for a lot more comfort. The matress and pillows on the third floor were also cheap and uncomfortable adding to the overall poor experience. The owners need to put a little money into the place if they continue to charge 3k per week. We wont be back.the remote controls in the bedrooms were dated and annoyingno wifi like other units at a cheaper rate. bare bones furniturei watched cleaning people leave unit, i waited a bout an hour then tried to check in. They were still waiting on manager to check unit. i believe it was after five before we were given keys , I know the cleaners left around 330pm. annoying delays. Great location and setting, quiet but Ocean Club 48 is quite dated. It needs a face lift. A guest from Clarksburg, ON does not recommend this property. Stayed for 88 days in January, 2011 The bathrooms urgently need attention. The property management is excellent. Always helpful and reliable.
