#27 Ocean Club Chris G. from Downingtown, PA does not recommend this property. Stayed for 7 days in July, 2012 we have stayed at Ocean Club for last 10-15 years for one week in July. This units needs updating. The back door was very annoying with the loud screech each time it was opened. The kitchen needed towels and dish cloths. The rugs need to be replaced. The lawn service company needs to schedule their cutting and blowing at a more reasonable hour. Being on vacation means sleeping in, being woken 2-3 mornings (6-8 AM) by leaf blowers and lawn mowers is not a pleasant experience. Ocean Club Villa WOC027, 7/16/11-7/23/11 A guest from Reva, VA does not recommend this property. Stayed for 7 days in July, 2011 We fought spiders, roaches & water bugs the whole time. All kitchen pots/pans/equipment were cheap, scratched badly, bent, broken, needed replacing. 1st morning found a mouse pill. Very narrow steps & coating on carpet caused 2 falls down the steps. July 3-10, 2010 Stay Kathryn C. from Augusta, GA does not recommend this property. Stayed for 7 days in July, 2010 Overall the condo was clean except for the pots & pans. We had to wash many of them - they were put away dirty in the cabinet. The microwave door had a nasty stain on it that was visible from the outside. There weren't enough kitchen trash bags or dishwasher soap provided.There were extra pillows but no pillow cases and there was no linen for the fold out couch. The blanket on one of the twin beds was nasty - falling apart. I took it off the bed and put it in the closet.The condo had no phone which was inconvenient for local calls.The pool was closed for a day and a half which was very inconvenient.We love the Ocean Club complex but I wouldn't stay in this unit again.
