Additional bedding for this villa includes a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room and also two bunk beds in the hallway between the bedroom and living room which are ideal for small children. There is a balcony located off the living room which offers a nice oceanside view. You?ll find Seaside Villa is located on the south end of the island, along South Forest Beach Drive, a short distance from Coligny Plaza. Seaside is an oceanfront property that is situated about 70 yards from the ocean. The amenities would include an on-site pool, tennis courts are available for guest use located across the street from the property, and complimentary access to the Player's Club for use of their indoor heated pool as well as their fitness center.

Condo is not oceanfront but does provide a nice ocean view. Bed was confortable. T.V. was smaller than anticipated and not a flatscreen. Did not try pull-out couch. Overall, would recommend to a couple interested in a get-away, with ocean views and very close to Coligny that is looking for a convenient, clean, place to stay. I also like that the building was gated and you needed a key to enter. The villa we stayed is great for two people, the little "bunk beds" in the hallway were very narrow and felt claustrophobic. The lamp was leaning and was broken, and the ceiling fan in the living area could use a good cleaning. Also the kitchen was lacking a little, knives were very dull and there didn't seem to be a lot of cooking utensils, pots, pans etc. I was very pleased that the fridge was nice and clean when we arrived.
