You?ll find Seaside Villa is located on the south end of the island, along South Forest Beach Drive, a short distance from Coligny Plaza. Seaside is an oceanfront property that is situated about 70 yards from the ocean. Throughout all of those years we have booked our rooms through Adventure Inn, which has become Vacation Time of Hilton Head. Each year has been a very positive, pleasant experience. The staff is always congenial and accomodating. The property and the rooms are constantly being improved and upgraded. This year our room was particularily nice, with an open bedroom and a walk-in shower. This year was our first visit to the island for the holidays and we must say that waking to a great view of the ocean on Christmas morning was a unique and special occasion for us. We tell everyone that we know about your great rooms, the great view of the ocean and the very reasonable winter rates. The pictures really do not do it justice. The fixtures and furniture are top of the line and the layout is excellent. The owners have obviously put a lot of thought into this unit and it shows. The bed and the sofa sleeper were very comfortable which is a welcome change from some of the other units we have visited. The view is wonderful- waking up to the oceanfront is a wonderful way to start the day. We had a very hard time leaving and cannot wait to come back to 223. The only suggestion I would make is that the owner have some kind of doormat inside the front door to stop the sand etc. from being tracked into the rest of the unit onto the beautiful wood floors. You can tell that the owners really took their time and put a lot of thought into the decor items. It doesn?t look like your typical beach condo; it?s very classy. This condo was recently remodeled and the walk-in tile shower is amazing. The fixtures used were top-notch and they didn?t skimp on the nice king-size bed. The cleaning company does an excellent job as well. We were left plenty of linens, towels and even a small supply of toiletry items. If I was forced to pick out a negative, it would be that the furniture on the balcony isn?t exactly comfortable. It did the job and was beautiful but something a bit more comfortable would have just been icing on the cake. This was our second time utilizing Vacation Time of Hilton Head for our rental and of course, they didn?t disappoint. Check-in was very quick and easy, we were on our way in no more than 5 minutes. It was much smaller then I expected but worked fine . I would have preferred a larger kitchen - It was more like an efficiency then a kitchen. But we did eat out alot so it was not a huge issue. The lack of elevators on our end of the building was a bit of an inconvenience but workable. Condo is nicely decorated. The A/c works great!
