This villa is one of the closest villas to the ocean and has a wonderful ocean view. This one bedroom villa offers a separate bedroom with a queen size bed, fully equipped kitchen with a full size refrigerator, living and dining dining area are combined. There is an HD Flat screen TV, DVD and CD Player in the living room. Additional bedding for this villa includes a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room and also two bunk beds in the hallway between the bedroom and living room which are ideal for small children. There is a balcony located off the living room which offers a nice oceanside view. You?ll find Seaside Villa is located on the south end of the island, along South Forest Beach Drive, a short distance from Coligny Plaza. Seaside is an oceanfront property that is situated about 70 yards from the ocean. Stay at wss273 Seaside Villas Hilton Head SC. Stan S. from Monroe, IN does not recommend this property. Stayed for 1 days in September, 2011 when we got there our room had been given to another party. we had no place to stay until the vacation time rental people had this room but i think i would just leaved slept in my car. i don't know if this room wasn't used this much or what but, big **** roaches dead laying on the floor, ceiling palster feel from the ceiling to living room floor. one night and then we were out of there. thanks goodness. Vacation time rental people very helpful in finding us a place to stay. Finally after that night we were in another room, and the rest of vacation good. seaside villas 273 reminds me of my college spring break Jason H. from Lenoir City, TN does not recommend this property. Seaside is in a great location and the rental company tried to find me something else but nothing was available. I would stay in Seaside Villas again but not room 273. Rate Condo WSS273 Michael R. from Marietta, GA recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in July, 2011 We had a great time but there were some negatives with this particular condo. The first negative was the Refrigerator, was old, no ice maker,and it needed "defrosting"for those of you old enough to remeber that chore and did not fit into the alloted space under the upper cabinetry so it was pulled out. There was no TV in the bedroom. The ceiling fan in the bedroom did not work correctly only 1 speed, slow. The place was clean and the carpet looked new, the TV in the living room/kitchen area was nice and worked fine. I did not complain to VTHH staff since it was a last minute booking, we took what we got. There are a lot on nicer condo's in the complex and we have stayed there often, but I personally would not stay in this particular unit WSS273 again. Next time we will try to plan ahead a little better so that we can select one of the condos we have stayed in before. I would recommend VTHH to my friends and family, they do have other nice and reasonably priced rentals. Wonderful stay A guest from Athens, OH recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in May, 2011 The place was in perfect location. There were a lot of people staying at the Holiday Inn and this was a perfect distance if you wanted to venture down that way. It was also great because it was far enough away to have your privacy. The only negative thing is the pool hours. The pool is pretty small and it would be better to have it open a little later. Besides that great stay! Stayed for 3 days in July, 2010 Email sent on 7/19 to Upon our arrival we noticed right away that the refrigerator was not a typical size. It is smaller with an ice box, and it was not cold at all. We did call for maint, we were told to keep it on low or it would freeze up. We did and it stayed somewhat cold for soda?s but the freezer would not freeze. We had to purchase ice several times and keep our food in the cooler to keep our food from spoiling. No stove, and a microwave from 1970. So, my family went out every night, even though we had only planned to dine out once. One of the stools at the separate table was broke and the leg came apart with a giant nail sticking out. We were given an opportunity to switch units, however, we chose this villa is because of the bunk beds and the other unit only had one bunk, and I have two kids, and they wouldnt have been happy. Because I have two little one?s, they make messes all the time, the vacuum would not work. We dont usually put our clothes into the dressers, but, my children did go into the dresser in the bedroom and brought me a surprise, firecrackers! Checking the room before we left I found a shirt behind the t.v., not ours. My parents were going to come down for Saturday, but we told them it would not be a good idea, because if the slept on the sofa sleeper, theyd wake up with the sun, as the shades wouldnt shut completely. I understand that I did book the villa on a last minute decision and we choose between Seaside and HH Beach and Tennis, cheaper but not close to Coligny. I have stayed at HH beach and tennis several times, and we have always had the same kitchen with a full size fridge. I didn?t know that I had to specifically request a full size fridge and a stove.I do realize that not all the rooms are this bad. But if because I booked at the last minute I was given a discounted room ? I would like the rate I paid to be discounted as well. We were surprised to find the cooktop not working properly and the door handle to the sliding door broken,however everything was clean on arrival and did not see any pests the entire time we were there.
