This villa has a fully equipped kitchen with new appliances, a barista and two stools for indoor dining. Ceramic tile flooring is offered throughout. One of the nicest Seaside Villas Sandra H. from Hendersonville, NC recommends this property. Stayed for 5 days in August, 2012 First of all, I really like using Vacation Time of Hilton Head to rent Seaside Villas. They are wonderful, professional and are quick to resolve any problem you may have. I have rented from them several times in the past. Their office is located very close to Seaside Villas and check in and chec kout is a breeze. They don't even ask for a security deposit tacked on top of your regular deposit like many companies. Now about the Villa. WSS173 is one of the nicest I have ever stayed in. My only suggestion would be to replace the sofa because it is stained and also the LR rug. Also the overhead fans are much needed but you are hesitant to use them because they are dusty and dirty. Who wants to turn on a dusty fan over the bed that they will be sleeping in? Other than that - wonderful granite kitchen, ceramic shower and comfy king bed. Access to beach is crazy close and easy on the first floor. Loved my stay. Thank you. The pros: The condo is nicely updated with very high end finishes. It is one unit back from the ocean, so it has a nice view of the ocean. There are adequate dishes. The televisions are very nice. The furnishings are very nice. The King size bed is comfortable. The shower is awesome for a unit this size. The unit was clean. The grounds are well maintained and the pools are as well. Everything is kept very clean. The beach is very nice with beach chairs available and lifeguards during the day. The condos are located within walking distance to Coligny as well. My picky cons: The units are tiny. So it was a pretty tight squeeze for the 4 of us. For 2 people it would be perfect. I would not recommend sleeping on the sofabed. The mattress is very thin, springy. There is also not enough room to put luggage, etc. for 4 folks. We were given 4 towels and 3 washcloths for 4 people for 4 nights. So bring your own towels/washcloths. The only other consideration would be the air conditioner. It cooled the living area fine, but the bedroom area was a little warm. In the hottest part of the summer this could probably be a real issue. I would recommend this unit for a couple only unless you enjoy very close quarters.
