Quinta Teca is a quaint country vacation rental home with private pool, surrounded by teak trees (hence the name), located just a 7 minute drive outside the village of Playa Hermosa. The house is inside the private community of Opera Salvaje, an exclusive collection of similar looking private homes.
Newly constructed, Quinta Teca?s design is inspired on old Spanish architectural forms and elements. Roofs are covered in rustic Nicaraguan clay tiles that have weathered beautifully. All house rooms are connected by a single sky lighted hallway that starts at the house entrance. The covered balconies off the living room and Master Bedroom are complemented by thick wooden pillars and offer seating off that allow for outdoor living and the contemplation of the teak trees as they sway by the breeze rolling down the hill.
The air conditioned great room offers spacious living space with couches for 6 people and TV, a dining space with seating for 6 and a full kitchen with breakfast bar for 4. Wireless or wired internet connection is available for free.
The cozy air conditioned bedrooms all boast black wrought iron beds with comfortable mattresses, walls adorned with colorfully designed pareos and high ceilings with fans. The Master bedroom has a Queen size bed, an ensuite bathroom with combination shower/tub and a walk-in closet with safe box. The second and third bedrooms (Queen and 2 Twins) have large open closets and share a bathroom with shower just outside their doors.
Outdoors is a good sized pool with lounge chairs and a large charcoal barbecue grill. The driveway is large enough for several cars to park and the garage with automatic gate allows for safe parking of one car.
The community has a roaming security guard at night. The house has decorative wrought iron on all windows and an electronic security alarm for added peace of mind.
Supermarkets and restaurants offer delivery service so you don?t have to spend time driving.
Quinta Teca is the perfect location for surfing Playa Hermosa and exploring the coast down to Manuel Antonio.

Bedding Configuration: 2 Queen, 2 Twin

Room Description: Master Bedroom with Queen bed, ensuite bathroom with combination shower/tub, walk-in closet and balcony. Bedrooms 2 (Queen bed) and 3 (2 Twin beds) share a bathroom with shower. Each has closets. All are air conditioned and have ceiling fans.
